I'm not here to sell you on day trading.
If you want to get really good, I'm the one to learn from. Scroll, and I'll show you how I read a morning.
This is what you see.
Candles. Then this is what I see: the cycles, the Q2 high where the stops sit, and a level right above it.
9:35. Q3 takes the high and taps the level.
If price ran up through one cycle, the next cycle opens, takes out the high, and then goes lower.
Sell the bottom of the level. The stop goes at the top of the level.
Each new level, the stop comes down.
The stop steps down to the top of each new level as price falls. In this example, it never gets hit.
10:25. The cycle's done. Close it.
390 points on 13 points of risk: 30R on 4 NQ, in this example.
Hypothetical example, not a real trade. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. Disclosure

Why I built this
“I didn't need to build this website, but I did because I care about getting people to the result they want.”
“My mentorship already has great results from what I was already doing... I think this will make people even better.”
“I'm trying to help them get there as efficiently as possible.”
Students who were already getting paid
Tap a name. Payouts each student reported, and when they joined. Individual results, not typical. Most people who try trading lose money. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss, and past results don't guarantee future results.

Every day has four sessions.
My indicator starts the day at 6 PM Eastern and splits it into four: Asia, London, New York AM and New York PM. This is a real day, Monday 17 August.
17 August, the way I read it.
Asia and London kind of accumulate, and then you get that manipulation at New York, Q3. Q3 sweeps Q2, the previous day's high is taken.
Each session splits into four 90-minute cycles.
Same indicator on the 5-minute, New York morning. The lines are its key opens: 2:30 London and 7:00 premarket so far. 9:30 and 10:00 come later in the morning.
Short off the level.
That would be my entry.
All the higher-timeframe stuff aligns, and the time cycles.
Drawn after the fact, not a recorded trade.
Price reached my entry at 7:45. Target at 10:05.
The stop was never touched. Real NQ 5-minute candles; my mark-up, drawn after the fact. Not a recorded trade. Full disclosure
