Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Small Money Concepts is operated by Ryland Vogel as a sole proprietorship based in the State of Utah, United States. In these documents, "we", "us" and "Small Money Concepts" mean that business, and "you" means the person using the website, the course site at learn.smallmoneyconcepts.com, the Discord community, or any paid product. You can reach us at contact@smallmoneyconcepts.com.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it.

2. What we collect

Identity and contact information. Your name, email address, Whop username, and your Discord username and user ID.
Purchase information. Which products you bought, when, at what price, any promo code used, and your subscription status. This comes to us from Whop.
Course site activity. When you sign in to learn.smallmoneyconcepts.com, the lessons you open, your practice answers and scores, and your progress, saved to your account so you can pick up where you left off.
Referral information. If you arrive through a creator's link, which creator sent you, so they can be credited for the sale.
Information you volunteer. Answers on our call request form (including how you heard about us and how to reach you), support tickets, check-in questionnaires, and anything you choose to send us, including screenshots.
Community activity. Messages and posts you make in the Discord, which are visible to us and to other members of the channels you post in, and anything you say on the mic in a recorded session.
Basic technical information. Standard server data generated when you visit our websites, such as approximate location, browser type and pages viewed.

We never see or store your full payment card number. Card details are collected and processed by Whop and its payment processors. We receive only confirmation of payment and, at most, the last four digits and card type.

3. Why we use it

To give you the access you paid for, including Discord roles, the indicator, and course material.
To save your course progress.
To answer your questions and provide support.
To credit and pay the creator who referred you.
To send you information about your purchase, your subscription, and changes to the program.
To send you updates and offers about Small Money Concepts, only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.
To improve the program and understand which material is useful.
To keep records we are required to keep, and to detect fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers who run parts of the operation on our behalf, including Whop (payments, accounts and access), Discord (community), TradingView (indicator access), Google (forms, documents and email), and our website host. Each holds your information under its own privacy policy.
Creators and affiliates receive commission reporting from Whop. That reporting shows them that a sale occurred through their link. It does not give them your contact details.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our members, or the public.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you have an account or an active purchase, and afterwards for as long as we need it to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you.
You can ask us to correct information that is wrong.
You can ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep. Deleting your information usually means ending your access.
You can opt out of marketing email at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

To make any of these requests, email contact@smallmoneyconcepts.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor those where they apply.

7. Cookies, local storage and analytics

Our websites use only what is needed to run the page: for example, remembering which creator link you arrived from during your visit, and keeping you signed in on the course site. We do not run advertising trackers on our own sites. Third party platforms we link to, such as Whop, Discord, TikTok and Google, set their own cookies once you are on them.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, and we rely on established providers for payments, accounts and community hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

We operate from the United States. If you use our services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy law may differ from the law where you live.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change and the updated version will be posted. Material changes will be announced in the community.
