End User License Agreement

1. This agreement

Small Money Concepts is operated by Ryland Vogel as a sole proprietorship based in the State of Utah, United States. In these documents, "we", "us" and "Small Money Concepts" mean that business, and "you" means the person using the website, the course site at learn.smallmoneyconcepts.com, the Discord community, or any paid product. You can reach us at contact@smallmoneyconcepts.com.

This End User License Agreement governs your use of everything we produce and give you access to. By accessing any of it, you accept this agreement. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

2. What is covered

"Licensed Material" means all of the following, in every format: - The course, its lessons, and the course site at learn.smallmoneyconcepts.com, including its practice charts, questions and grading. - Videos, live class recordings, and any recording or clip of a live trading session. - Written material, including checklists, rules cards, guides and slide decks. - Market analysis, levels, chart screenshots and trade breakdowns. - Indicators and scripts we publish or share, including TradingView scripts. - Anything else we make available to members through the course site, the community or the program.

3. Your license

We grant you a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to access and use the Licensed Material for your own individual education and your own trading, for as long as your access is active and you are in compliance with this agreement. Free material, such as Day Zero and the free indicator, is licensed on the same terms.

The Licensed Material is licensed to you. It is not sold to you.

4. What you may not do

• Share, sell, rent, sublicense, give away, or otherwise transfer the Licensed Material or your account credentials to anyone else.
• Let another person use your account, including a friend, a family member, or a trading partner.
• Record, screen capture, re upload, stream, or rebroadcast any lesson, class, recording, live session, or video.
• Scrape, copy, or export the course site's lessons, practice charts or questions.
• Post the Licensed Material to any website, cloud drive, forum, group chat, torrent, or social platform.
• Reproduce or paraphrase the Licensed Material to build, teach, or sell a competing course, mentorship, signal service, or indicator.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any watermark, attribution, or copyright notice.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source of any protected indicator or script.

5. Ownership

We retain all right, title and interest in the Licensed Material, including all intellectual property rights. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of anything to you. The name Small Money Concepts, the SMC logo, and the branding are ours.

You keep ownership of anything you create yourself, including your own notes, your own charts, and your own trade journal, even where they apply what you learned from us.

6. Indicators and scripts

Indicators we publish, including on TradingView, may carry additional terms set by that platform, and access to them is granted and revoked through it. A published indicator with protected source remains our property. Access to an indicator may be withdrawn if your membership or free plan ends or if you breach this agreement.

Indicators are analytical tools. They do not produce signals to follow blindly, they carry no guarantee of accuracy, and using one is subject to the same risk disclosure as everything else we offer.

7. Feedback

If you send us suggestions about the program, the course site or an indicator, we may use them freely and without obligation to you. We will not claim ownership of your trading results or of your personal content in doing so.

8. Breach and termination

This license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the Licensed Material and delete any copies in your possession. Termination for breach carries no refund, and we reserve every legal remedy available to us, including seeking damages and injunctive relief for unauthorized distribution.

9. No advice, no guarantee

Small Money Concepts is educational. Nothing we publish, teach, post, or say in a lesson, a live class, a live trading session, a recorded session, a chat message, a direct message, or an indicator is personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security or futures contract, or a solicitation. Ryland Vogel is not a registered investment adviser, a broker dealer, or a commodity trading advisor. Every trading decision you make is yours alone, made with your own money, at your own risk. If you want advice about your particular financial circumstances, consult a licensed professional.

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial investment. Past performance, whether ours or any student's, is not indicative of future results. Any payout figures or student results shown on our website or in our materials describe what specific individuals achieved, are shared with their permission, are not typical, and are not a promise, projection, or guarantee of what you will achieve. Most people who attempt to trade lose money.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The Licensed Material is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions of our Terms of Service apply to this agreement in full.

11. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute is resolved as set out in our Terms of Service.
